Our company founded in 2014, is authorized to operate as an outbound and inbound tour operator, with a license granted by the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic.
We exclusively organize dream vacations in the Dominican Republic, Miami and Puerto Rico.

Ennio Capozza

Owner & General Manager

An Italian-born doctor of economics and finance, he is founder and general manager of Caribe Travels.
He first traveled to the Dominican Republic in 2011 and has since fallen in love with its impressive golf courses, known among the best in the world.
Learning to love the beauty and diversity of the island, he decided to get involved in the tourism project, with the goal of introducing as many people as possible to this beautiful country.

Eleonora Capozza

Tour Consultant

Of Italian origin, with a degree in Marketing, Consumption and Communication, she is in charge of Marketing within Caribe Travels.
Sheloves traveling and discovering new and interesting places that can give her many different emotions.
This is also why she decided to join the agency’s team.

Caroli Leonardo

Tour Consultant & Local Guide

Of Dominican descent, a graduate in industrial psychology and social communication, she is our executive assistant.
Her love for her country and its culture has led her to visit unusual and striking places rarely visited by tourists. Caroli will allow you to get to know the true essence of the Dominican Republic and experience it as a true Dominican.
As your host, she will make sure that all your needs are met and help you realize all your desires and expectations.

Flore Lemay

Tour Consultant

Of French descent, with a degree in international business and a Master’s degree in Tourism, she works for Viaggi Caribe as a sales representative.
Her passion for travel, ability to speak several languages, and desire to learn about other cultures brought her to the Dominican Republic for her master’s internship.
Since then, fascinated by the colors of the country, she decided to stay with our company to let you dream and discover the best corners of the island.

Junior Valerio Lee

Local Guide & Driver

Of Dominican descent, he works as a driver and tour guide.
He knows the country from one end of it to the other like the back of his hand, both territorially and historically and culturally. He is passionate about nature and culture.
He will safely transport you from one part of the country to another, show you the most hidden, picturesque and interesting places, and also tell you their history.

Antonella D'Antonio

Travel Agency Manager

Born in 1973, she holds a degree in marketing and communication.
Working in the tourism industry since 1993, she is the representative of Viaggi Caribe in Italy and has been a member since its creation.
